It is important to us that you love your Dallas Daws Designs piece. Each is made-to-order to ensure the finest quality. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund.
Since our clothing is made in small quantities, we may not be able to remake your piece. If the item does not fit, we can make an exchange in a different size if fabric is still available. In the case that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded the purchase price.
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed. Please include the original tags with each item. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the return.
All items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We will exchange the item or refund in full, minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
When returning an item, we recommend you insure the item and/or use a tracking number. We are not responsible for missing packages.
The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. This process takes time, so expect the refund to be processed within 10 business days after we receive the item.
